My dry lot for my horses was truly a wet lot. Horses were sinking 10-14" when getting to stall area, dealt with thrush. Each year it seemed to get worse. Hite Companies came out and inspected the lot and surrounding fields. Checked levels with a transit. They then came up with a solid plan to remove existing dirt and replace with man sand, along with putting in several tile runs on both sides of loafing/stall building and raising the gravel drive around so it no longer ran into this area. Through the storms my lot dried out quickly. I can now say I truly have a dry lot thanks to Hite Companies.
